Our Firm successfully petitioned for and received a variance for client’s new garage on an oddly shaped corner lot in Manchester-by-the-Sea. The variance was to add a new garage with a second floor to provide the family extra storage room. The application was prepared and presented in front of the Zoning Board of Appeals and approved on a unanimous vote.
