Zoning Appeal

Attorney Heney successfully opposed a variance request in front of a local Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA). The variance request was for an addition to be built on a current house that was not compliant with zoning ordinances or in keeping with the nature of the neighborhood. Concerned neighbors reached out to Attorney Heney and since his opposition the neighbors have changed their plans to conform more with the rest of the neighborhood as well as zoning requirements.
