William E. Heney is founding member and managing director of Heney & Associates, LLC. Mr. Heney was formerly an honors judicial clerk at the Massachusetts Land Court. Mr. Heney concentrates his practice in the area of Real Estate and Bankruptcy.

Mr. Heney counsels clients in the acquisition, disposition and financing of real estate.
Real Estate Litigation
Mr. Heney counsels property owners, attorneys and national title insurance companies resolve disputes relating to title of real estate in the Massachusetts Land Court.

Eric J. Lomas is an attorney at Heney & Associates, LLC. He has been with the firm since 2006. Eric focuses on real estate conveyancing, real estate litigation, land use, estate planning and estate administration. Eric also provides legal services to clients in other general practice areas.
Prior to joining Heney & Associates, LLC, Eric worked for Stargames, Inc., a sports marketing company, where he focused on the drafting, review and negotiation of licensing agreements and athlete representation contracts.
Eric is licensed to practice in Massachusetts and is a member of MA Bar Association and the Essex Bar Association.
Eric resides in Beverly, MA and is active in the community.

Biography
Christopher M. Brine is an Attorney at Heney & Associates where he focuses on bankruptcy and commercial law. He regularly assists consumers in financial distress resolve their debt problems by filing for protection under Chapter 7 or Chapter 13 the U.S. Bankruptcy Code, or through non-bankruptcy options such as debt settlement negotiations, mortgage modifications, and short sales.
During law school, he interned with Chief Judge Henry J. Boroff of the United States Bankruptcy Court for District of Massachusetts, and externed with Judge Alexandra D. DiPentima of the Connecticut Appellate Court. He also clerked at a boutique Connecticut firm concentrating in bankruptcy and real estate practices.
He is licensed to practice law in Massachusetts and Connecticut and is an active member of the Boston Bar Association and the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys.
