Eric J. Lomas is an attorney at Heney & Associates, LLC. He has been with the firm since 2006. Eric focuses on real estate conveyancing, the drafting, review and negotiation of purchase and sale agreements, real estate litigation, title insurance litigation and land use. Other areas of practice are estate planning, corporations and limited liability company (LLC) formation, Stock/Purchase transfers and the administration of Estates.
During law school, Eric gained legal experience working as a contracts administrator for a sports marketing company focusing on licensing agreements and athlete representation contracts and then as a legal assistant at Heney & Associates.
Eric is licensed to practice in Massachusetts and is a member of MA Bar Association and the Essex Bar Association.
